1medium sized cucumber finely chopped or grated
1 cupfresh curd
1 tsproasted jeera(cumin) powder
1/2 tspred chilli powder
1 tbspchopped green coarinder
To tasteSalt

Steps

Rinse the cucumber. then peel the cucumber and finely chop it you can also grate the cucumber
2

In a bowl beat the curd till smooth add grated cucumber, salt,jeera powder, ccorrinder leaves and mix well
3

Serve cucumber raita garnish with jeera powder, red chilli and corrinder
