Boil the rice and keep it aside. Make sure you don't make it soft and sticky.

Take a non-stick kadhai and Add 2 Tbsp Oil.
Add ginger chilli garlic paste and saute. - 3
Add chopped onions and cook till they turn pink.
Then add diced carrots, french beans, cabbage, capsicum and cook.
Now Add the cooked rice to this pan.
Add salt, soya sauce, vinegar. - 4
Toss and mix everything together.
Garnish with spring onion greens and serve.
