Ingredients

  • 7 ozfresh spinach (about 200 grams)
  • 3/4 cupall-purpose flour (about 100 grams)
  • 3large eggs
  • 4-5 slicessmoked salmon
  • 2 cupsmilk (about 500 ml)
  • Shredded cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Whisk the eggs with the flour.

  2. 2

    Then add the milk, salt, pepper, and shredded cheese.

  3. 3

    Place the spinach and diced smoked salmon in a pie dish, then pour the mixture over them.

  4. 4

    Bake in the oven at 410°F (210°C) for about 35 minutes.
