Ingredients

7 ozfresh spinach (about 200 grams)
3/4 cupall-purpose flour (about 100 grams)
3large eggs
4-5 slicessmoked salmon
2 cupsmilk (about 500 ml)
Shredded cheese
Salt
Pepper

Steps

Whisk the eggs with the flour.

Then add the milk, salt, pepper, and shredded cheese.

Place the spinach and diced smoked salmon in a pie dish, then pour the mixture over them.

Bake in the oven at 410°F (210°C) for about 35 minutes.
