Crepes
An evening snack with that yogurt or even dinner for light eaters.
Steps

Beat your eggs in a bowl, add the milk to it and stir.

Add in the flour and mix to smoothness, a few lumps are ok. Then add in the sugar and margarine and stir them together.

Heat your pan, pour a scoop of the mix (about 6 tablespoons) and spread throughout the pan so that it's a very thin layer that dries up almost immediately. Allow to cook for a few minutes, the ends will begin browning, flip the other side to cook then remove once all brown. Repeat till all mix is cooked and serve.
