Take sago balls.soak it overnight.and steam it untill it becomes soft.

Take potatoes.Wash it properly. Boil some water and cook potatoes.peel it off and mash it properly. It should be mashed evenly which is very important.

Prepare ginger and green chillies paste.

Mix everything well also add salt to it and take a plastic and spread it evenly and in a proper manner.

Let it dry. Just check it does not over wrap and over mix each other.keep it in sunlight for a day.

Fry it...it tastes yum..😋
