Oven Cooked Parmesan & Lemon Tilapia fish. 😁

This fish is so nice a river, streams fish. So nice with lemon and parmesan cheese so quick to cook. Use lemon juice to get rid of the fishy and muddy smell on fresh fish. Garlic to has the potential of getting rid of that fishy muddy smell too.#mainmeal#fish#Stayingathome#budgetbasics

Steps
- 1
Add the fish to greasedproof paper in a oven tray.
- 2
Next add the lemon juice also the parmesan cheese
- 3
Next add the olive oil on both fish as it helps to keep the fish from drying up. Add to a preheated oven 190 for 10 minutes.
- 4
While its cooking you can get your side dish ready. Im having a salad with grated mild cheese on top. A tomato based pasta will go well too.
