Steps

Cut potatoes in medium size and Grated tomato and ginger together or separately..

Take a pressure cooker being slightly hot then add ghee

When ghee become hot so add Hing and jeera and stir.

Now add tomato Puree stir continually after 4 to 5 min. Add methi chutney masala, salt, and haldi.

Cook probably when Masala is cooked then add curd mix it,add Green Chillies, potatoes and water.close the cooker 6 to 7 whistle required.

After that close se the gas and wait till it's cool..after that open the cooker and add Garam Masala and coriander leaves now ur Sabji is ready....enjoy
