Kabab making;take a grander put beef mince,egg,garlic,chillies,fresh coriander,bread slice,salt and shan chapli kabab masla grand it and leave it for 30 minutes

Kabab fry ;make tikkia and shallow fry as we fry koftas.leave it a side.

Vegetables preparation;.take potato slices,and capsicum slice sprinkle salt black pepper and chilli flakes add some lemon juice.take pan grease it put 1 st layers of potato slices and then second layer of capsicum.

Tomato sauce.boil 1 tomatoes peeled the skin grand it add half cup water in it and the add chicken cubes in it cook it for minutes.you can use tomato puree as well.

Assembling.take the vegetable pan turn on the flame cook for 2 min on low flame then add tomato sauce on it put the kebabs on it and cover the lid wait till potatoes are tender.

Serve it with green chutney salad and roti.
