Mix curd and besan in a bowl. Blend well and keep aside.

Heat oil in a kadai.

Put rai jeera and hing.

Now put peanuts. Roast well.

Now put onion ginger curry leaves ginger.

Cook till onion gets tender.

Add salt and haldi. Mix well.

Now carefully add besan curd mixture.

Stir continuously to avoid lumps.

Let it boil for 5 mins.

When done take out in serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.
