Steps

Wash rice and soak it for half an hour

Also soak soya bean for half an hour

Wash and chop vegetables onion, potatoes, capsicum and cauliflower and peel peas

Now take pressure cooker and add oil and cumin seeds

Now add all the vegetables in oil and cook it for 2-3 minutes..

Now add salt and turmeric powder and coriander leaves and garam masala into it.

Now Squeeze out water from soya bean and mix it with all vegetables and mix them well

Now add water into it and add rice into it and cook it upto two whistles

When whistle cools down then open the lid of cooker and serve it with curd
