Fry Onion until brown, take out half of it and leave the rest in karahi.

Add chicken and fry for two minutes and then add tomatoes and ginger garlic paste band Fry till 5 minutes

Add Bombay biryani masala and Fry,then add yogurt and close the lid till the chicken becomes tender.

Boil the rice with garam masala.

Layer rice and chicken masala and add fried onions,coriander and mint leaves. Close the lid and leave it for 10 minutes on a low flame.

Serve hot with raita.
