Ek karahi main oil garam kar ke us main lasan paste add karen jab lite brown ho jaye lasan toh es main sabit zeera, laal mirch powder, haldi, kuta daniya, garam masala aur namak add kar lein

Ab boil allu add kar ke mix kar ke chilli sause aur soya sauce add karen

Ab maithi add kar ke 5 mins paka ke phir kati piyaz aur kate tamatar phehla ke dakan de ke low flame pe rakh dein 15 mins ke liye

After 15 mins mix kar ke food colour phehla phir 3 mins dam pe rakh dein

3 mins ke baad mix kar ke chule say utar lein 2 mins koile ko jala ke dam allu ke bich main rakh koile ke upar thora ghee dal ke dakan de dein
