Steps

First add turmeric powder and salt to the fishes

Now pour 3 table spoon of mustard oil in pan and make the oil warm and add the fishes one by one and fry(please do not fry much so that the fishes became crispy)

Then make a smooth paste with the ingredients as mentioned above.

Now our paste is ready. You can add water as per requirement to make it smooth.

Now in that same oil which we used to fry fishes add the paste.add chilli to taste and salt as per taste.add turmeric powder as well and stir it well.

After the oil start extracting from the gravy add one cup of water and let it to get boiled

Then add the fried fishes and deep it well in the gravy

Add a lid and sim the flame

Add coriander leaves for garnish and serve it. Pabda macher jhal is ready.
