Steps

Cut brinjal into slice soak it in water for 15 mins

Mix all dry masala then sprinkle over brinjal slice

Coat it well then coat it on rice flour

In tawa lilttle oil place above coated brinjal slices and fry it on medium flame till it gets crisp then flip it fry other side can add oil if needed
