First grind the washed and soaked soyabean daal with ginger and chilli in grinder make coarse to smooth paste of the daal. Place it paste in a mixing bowl and add salt, cumin powder in it and mix it well.

If you want you can add rice flour, I will suggest must add rice flour this gives a beautiful crispyness to the vadas and also gives a binding. Add chopped coriander leaves in it mix again.

Now take little amount of the daal batter and fry in hot oil (medium flame) till golden brown colour occurs. Then take out the vadas in a kitchen tissue.

The healthy soyabean daal vadas are ready to serve.
