First grate the paneer.

Now add milk powder, and powdered sugar. Mix well it.

Make rolls of this mixture.

Meanwhile heat milk in a pan. Cook it till it start thickned.

Now add condensed milk. Mix well and cook for min. Off the flame. Keep it to cool it down. Rabdi is ready.

Now keep these cottage cheese rolls in mould, pour rabdi on it. Add dry fruits and serve it.
