It is sometimes hard to nail the perfect pasta but what you always have to do is try. Not so bad when you get it undercooked or overcooked for the first time..you will definitely nail it other subsequent times. #themechallenge

Steps
- 1
I already had prepared the meatballs using lean meat..breadcrumbs, dhania, garlic and rolled them into medium sized balls
- 2
For the spaghetti, boil the 2 cups of water and add a pinch of salt
- 3
Add your spaghetti in the boiled water and cover. Let it cook for about 15 minutes
- 4
Once cooked, drain the excess water if any and run your spaghetti in cold water to remove the excess starch.
- 5
Add a little bit of oil ndio ziwachane
- 6
Deep fry your meatballs and set them aside
- 7
For the meatball sauce, add vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 8
Fry your onions and garlic
- 9
Add the garam masala. Stir in your chopped tomatoes and leave to fry. Add the remaining spices.
- 10
Add a little bit of water and your fried meatballs and cover to simmer. When cooked to your liking, add coriander.
- 11
Serve with the prepared spaghetti and enjoy while still hot
