Ingredients

  1. 100 gmsmaida
  2. to tastesalt according
  3. 1 jugwater
  4. Forbundi raita-
  5. 4boiled potato
  6. 1 tbspcoarinder powder
  7. 1/2 tbspdry mango powder
  8. as requiredGreen coarinder leaves
  9. 1 tbspchilli powder
  10. 10 gmstamarind

Cooking Instructions

    Take maida add some salt in it and make a soft dough with the help of water and keep it till 1/2 an hour

    Then take a small balls and roll it then deep fry. Puri is ready.

    For stuff, take boiled potato, add cumin powder, coriander, salt, chilli powder, dry mango powder.

    For water, take one jug water, add bundi, salt, green coriander chutney, tamarind, dry mango powder

  5. 5

    Pani puri is ready to eat.
