Mini Quiches
Perfect for appetizers!

Preheat the oven to 430°F (220°C). Use a round cookie cutter to cut circles from the puff pastry and place them into mini muffin tins or small tart pans.

Cook the bacon pieces in a skillet until browned. Place the cooked bacon on a paper towel to drain excess fat.

Put 3-4 pieces of bacon in each mold. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the cream, salt, and pepper.

Pour the egg mixture over the bacon. Sprinkle with shredded Swiss cheese. Bake for 10 minutes at 430°F (220°C).

Remove from the molds.
