I was looking for new vegetarian recipes for my meal preps and stumbled on these vegan stir fry noodles. Although I didn't end up going vegetarian, I did learn how to make some great stir fry!

I was looking for new vegetarian recipes for my meal preps and stumbled on these vegan stir fry noodles. Although I didn't end up going vegetarian, I did learn how to make some great stir fry!

Ingredients

Adjust to size
  1. Beef, ~0.5-1 lbs (your choice)
  2. Noodles (your choice)
  3. Green beans (cut short)
  4. 1Red bell pepper for colour,
  5. Mushrooms, ~4
  6. Garlic
  7. Green onions
  8. Cooking oil
  9. Soy sauce
  10. Oyster sauce (texture)
  11. Salt
  12. Pepper
  13. Paprika
  14. Cumin

Cooking Instructions

    Cut all veggie into desired sizes, diced or sliced work best overall.

    Prep noodles as needed. Set aside.

  3. 3

    Season meat with salt and pepper. Cut against the grain into slices no bigger than 1/4".

    Heat up wok and apply cold oil. Cook meat at medium-high. Set aside.

    Heat up wok and apply cold oil. Stir fry garlic until fragrant, and add the rest of the veggies minus the green onions. Stir fry for 1-2 min.

    Add noodles and meat. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce and seasoning to desired taste. Stir fry for another 1-2 min or until desired taste/texture.

    Garnish with green onions and serve.
