  • Garden fresh managu
  • Onions
  • Oil
  • Carrot
  • Black pepper
  • Curry powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and shred managu

  2. 2

    Fry onion in oil until slight brown

  3. 3

    Add grated carrots

  4. 4

    Add salt, black pepper and curry powder

  5. 5

    Let cook for a while, add the managu and mix.

  6. 6

    Stir for 3 to 5 minutes.

  7. 7

    Serve hot with favorite carbohydrate
