Boil eggs and sprinkle some haldi mirchi and shallow fry it and use same oil for making biryani masala

In same oil add tuz lavang and finely chopped tomatoes and saute till tomatoes are cooked add haldi mirchi coriander powder and saute it on other side fry onion and make birista and fry potatoes and keep aside

Switch off flame let tomatoes mixture comes to room temperature and add birista and dahi and kothmir pudina mix it properly and keep aside

In a big tapela boil rice till partially cooked keep half rice aside and layer it with tomato dahi mixture eggs and potatoes and pour remaining rice and let it dum for 15-20 min on slow flame serve hot....
