Take a bowl and add all purpose flour (maida) and some oil to it.

Add salt, black pepper and water slowly while mixing it.

Dough should not be much hard nor much soft. Knead the dough well. Rest it for 15-20 minutes.

Now make a horizontal roll of dough. And cut equal size of pieces with knife. Press each dough and you can see the spiral shape.Then prepare a Puri and deep fry it at a medium flame. Puris are ready to serve.
