1/2 cupPear cut into sliced
1 cupCurd
2 tbspMayonnaise
1 tbspFresh cream
2 tbspSugar
1 tbspOlive oil
1/2 tspWhite pepper powder
to tasteSalt

Beat the curd and add mayonnaise and cream.

Add olive oil,sugar,white pepper,salt and mix well.

Add pear and pomegranate seeds and mix well.

Garnish with pomegranate seeds.pear pieces and coriander leaves

Serve chilled
