Take a bowl.Add 4(zardi)egg yolks,3tbsp sugar+pinch of salt,2tsp vanilla essence and mix it using a spoon then add 3tsp oil and again mix it.Then add 1/2cup+3tsp of cake flour abd mix it.

Take a separate bowl and add 4 egg whites and beat them.Then add 1tsp vinegar and 1/4cup sugar in it and beat it well.

Then mix these both batters using wooden spoon in one direction.

Put the batter in oil greased mould and bake for 75 minutes at 150°preheated oven.

Take out the sponge and cut them in pastries and let them to be cool.

Take whipped cream and dip the pastry in it and add chocolate syrup on it.
