Soak the broccoli in warm water for 10-15 minutes. So that the germs contained in it will be removed. Then chop it up. Smash the boiled potatoes in a bowl. Now add onion, spring onion, dry mango powder,garam masala, salt, ginger chilli paste, lemon juice, green garlic, coriander, broccoli. Mix well.

Now make round kebabs from them. Crumble into breadcrumbs. Put oil on the pan and shallow fry them. Serve with tomato sauce or green chutney.
