Ingredients

4 medium pizzas

2 cupsplain flour
2 tablespoonsmilk powder
1 tablespooninstant yeast
1/2 tablespoonsugar
1 teaspoonsalt
4 tablespoonsvegetable oil
Lukewarm water

Steps

Mix all the dry ingredients then add the oil and the water gradually while mixing with your hand until you get a nice soft dough

Cover the dough with a towel and let it rest for 30-45 min while you prepare your favorite topping

Pre-bake the dough for 5-7 minutes in a preheated oven (200 degrees) before adding the topping and bake it again until the topping is cooked. Et voilà!
