When you're a master at bread dough mix. Why not cook it, steam it, air dry bake it to finnish it off! Tastes amazing. Japanese Restaurant craving brought me to this.

Ingredients

5 servings
  1. 1 kgBread dough
  2. Rice flour as needed for sifting
  3. 30 grvegan margerine
  4. 10 mlcanola oil to rub buns
  5. 250 mlboiling water
  6. For the Ostrich Filling
  7. 100 grOstrich Goulash
  8. 10 grfresh grated ginger
  9. 1Green Chilli chopped fine
  10. 2 grFine Black Pepper
  11. 5 grCoarse Sea Salt
  12. 200 mlBoiling Water
  13. Vegetable Filling
  14. Julienne Carrots; Peppers; Red onion ; Spring onion; Tomato

Cooking Instructions

    Slice vegetables for the filling

    Poach the half moon shaped bread dough 50gr each in 100ml boiling water with vegan margarine for 20mins on low temperature

  3. 3

    Then make a double steamer and steam the buns further 10mins till fluffy and risen.

    Let it cool to medium temperature. Then fill will ostrich and vegetables. Or just with vegetables for vegan option. Add a dressing of your favourite and squeeze of lime or lemon when serving.
