In large skillet brown meat ; drain add seasoned salt taco seasoning mix tomatoes tomato sauce and chilies mix well. Simmer uncovered for 15- 20 mins combine cottage cheese and eggs. In greased 13+9 inch baking dish layer1/2 of tortillas 1/2 the cottage cheese mixture and1/2 of Monterey Jack cheese repeat layers Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 mins let stand 10 mins

Anyway you do this is the right way! Do it veggie only by adding seasoned veg instead of meat it replace chorizo with seasoned beef, pork, or chicken. So simple, so delicious, so satisfying!
