Ingredients

  • 7 ozpie crust (about 200 grams)
  • 2eggs
  • 2/3 cuprice milk (about 150 ml)
  • 5 1/3 ozdiced ham (about 150 grams)
  • 1 ozshredded Swiss cheese (about 30 grams)
  • 1/2 oznutritional yeast (about 15 grams)
  • 1small onion
  • 1 tablespoonolive oil
  • Salt, pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. 2

    Slice the onion into rings. Sauté the onion and diced ham in the olive oil for 5 minutes.

  3. 3

    In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, rice milk, salt, pepper, shredded Swiss cheese, and nutritional yeast.

  4. 4

    Prick the pie crust with a fork.

  5. 5

    Spread the onion and ham mixture evenly over the crust. Pour the egg mixture on top.

  6. 6

    Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
