Mix the corn masa with the seasoning mix and salt to taste. Shape into tortillas and fry them in oil until golden (don’t let them burn). Place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.

For the filling, finely chop the cabbage, bell pepper, carrot, and onion. Boil them in a small amount of water. Once cooked and cooled, mix in the mayonnaise or salad dressing.

Cook the chicken, shred it, then sauté with the sauce and a bit of onion and seasoning. Shred the cheese (if you like it that way).

To assemble: Start with a tortilla, add the cabbage and mayonnaise filling, then the chicken, followed by shredded cheese, and top with a slice of hard-boiled egg. Enjoy with your coffee!
