Ingredients

4 servings
  • Dough
  • 600 gflour (fine mixed with other)
  • 3 dlmilk (hand warm)
  • 2.5 gfresh yeast
  • 3 tea spoonsugar
  • 2 tea spoonsalt
  • Sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Measure the flour(s) into a mixing bowl and form a hole in the middle.

  2. 2

    Add the sugar and crumble the yeast into the hole.

  3. 3

    Pour the hand warm milk into the hole and wait 12-15. The yeast starts to propagate and the surface will be foamy.

  4. 4

    Knead the dough, cover with a kitchen towel and leave it risen for 1 hour

Hi, thanks for your comment, I had a problem with the digit symbol, it's of course 2.5 g - corrected in the recipe.
