  • 1-2 kgPotatoes
  • Oil for deep frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash & peel the potatoes

  2. 2

    Using a grater or slicer, grate them. Put on a cloth to dry for a while

    Then put oil in a broad vessel. Heat the oil on medium. Fry the potatoes. Fry in batches

    Continue like this, till all are done. Once cool transfer in an air tight tin
