Add Cooksnap

1 tbscoconut oil or coconut oil cooking spray or olive oil
1yellow onion finely chopped
1 tspminced garlic
1/2cabbage (shredded or diced)
2carrots (shredded)
1/4 cvegetable broth
1scotch bonnet pepper (my store didn't have it, I used habanero
2 tbsthyme
1/2 tsp- 1tsp garlic powder
to taste Pepper
Optional: 1/2 green pepper

Cooking Instructions

Heat coconut oil on medium high heat, best to use a dutch oven or rice pot. Add onion & thyme, let cook 5-7min, mix occasionally. In meantime, chop vegetables.

Add garlic to pan, then vegetables. Sprinkle garlic powder & black pepper. Add vegetable broth. Stir. Reduce heat to medium & let cook 15 minutes, covered.
