Veg Biryani(lots of vegetables in one dish appealing one)
Steps

Wash the rice, let it soak in water in a bowl and let the water to boil add cumin, cinnamon sticks, cloves, cardamom, fennel and salt when it starts boiling add soaked rice.

In a pan gradually fry all vegetables onions, potatoes, beans, carrots, soya beans, corns and peas.

After fry put some ghee and oil mix Biryani spices in it. Then add all fry vegetables mix with spices.

In a big cooking dish add some ghee put some mix vegetables 1st then add rice layer on it then again vegetables. Then add some coriander leaves to it. Sprinkle kesar at last and cover it.
