For making dough: Heat 2 bowls of water in a karahi. Add salt, carrom seeds and 1 tbsp cooking oil and heat till boiling point comes. Now add 1 bowl of semolina slowly and keep stirring simultaneously to avoid the formation of lumps. Keep stirring the mixture till it turn to dough.

Keep the dough aside to cool till lukewarm.

For making filling: Chop onion and coriander leaves. Peel and wash peas. Remove skin of potatoes and mashed potatoes. Heat oil in a karahi and put cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put finely chopped onions and saute till onions turned transculent. Add peas and cover the lid and cook till peas are soft.

Now add mashed potatoes. Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coarsely grinded coriander seeds and garam masala. Mix and cook for 5 minutes and keep stirring.

Garnish and mix coriander leaves and filling is ready. Keep aside to cool.

For making kachoris: Till Now semolina dough is lukewarm and start kneading thoroughly by applying cooking Oil on your hands. Krr keep kneading for 7-8 minutes. Make a soft dough. Now make balls of dough. I have made 8 balls out of this dough.

Flatten the dough on your palm and make a cavity fill it with 1 tablespoon of filling and cover from all sides. Make ball again.

Now flatten again with the help of palm and like wise make all the kachoris.

Heat oil in a karahi and deep fry till golden brown. Flip the side and fry from other side also.

Serve hot with sauce or chutney. It can also be served with potato curry.
