Steps

Peel the potatoes and make thin slices.

Soak the thin slices in water for 4 to 5 minutes.

Spread them on cloth and let them dry for 5 to 10 minutes.

Take around 30 to 35 slices of potato in a bowl. Add salt, black pepper powder, and 10 to 15 drops of oil. Mix well.

Arrange the potato slices on the microwave tray. Microwave on 100 power for 3 minutes 30 seconds.

Take out the tray, flip the potato slices and micro on 50 power for 1 minute 20 seconds.

Chips are ready.

Transfer the hot chips in a dish and let them cool down.

Make as many batches as you wish. Store in an airtight container. Enjoy your guilt free potato chips
