Ingredients

  1. 1 cupboiled brown rice
  2. 1 cupboiled green peas
  3. 1 tspginger and chilli paste
  4. 1 tsp garlic paste
  5. 1 tsplime juice
  6. 1/2 cupfreshly chopped coriander
  7. 1 cupall purpose flour (maida)
  8. To tasteSalt
  9. As neededOil for frying
  10. As neededGreen chutney

Steps

  1. 1

    Mash brown rice & green peas & add all the above ingredients in it..

    Mix everything well & leave it aside in a bowl for 10 minutes..

    Now shape them like balls & roll them in maida..
