Ingredients

  1. 4medium potatoes (about 2 pounds/900 grams)
  2. 1 clovegarlic, minced
  3. 1 tablespoonmixed spices
  4. 1 pinchblack pepper
  5. 1 pinchsalt
  6. Kiri cheese or any cream cheese you like
  7. 1egg
  8. Breadcrumbs
  9. Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the potatoes with a little salt until tender.

  2. 2

    Once cooked, add the garlic, mixed spices, salt, and black pepper, then mash and mix well.

  3. 3

    Shape the potato mixture into balls and stuff each with cheese.

    Dip each ball in the beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs, and fry until golden brown.
