  • 5 gbutter

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat the eggs and season them with salt.

  2. 2

    Heat a frying pan and put the butter.

  3. 3

    Pour the eggs into the center of the pan and stir vigorously with a rubber spatula for 5 seconds.

  4. 4

    Tilt pan to let uncooked egg fall to the edge of the pan.

  5. 5

    Fold the eggs and slide omelet onto a plate.
