These are great by themselves, or on buns with bacon, lettuce, tomato and mayo. You could cut the chicken up in strips for wraps or in chunks for boneless wings. You could also throw them on top of a salad.

Ingredients

4 people
  1. 2boneless skinless chicken breast cut in half horizontally to thin them out (will make 4 total)
  2. 2 cupszatatans fish fry (picture below)
  3. 2eggs
  4. 1/4 teaspoonthe following:
  5. Cajun seasoning
  6. Onion powder
  7. Lemon pepper seasoning
  8. Garlic powder
  9. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Using a deep fryer, Heat oil to 375.

  2. 2

    Mix dry spices in with the fish fry

  3. 3

    After you thin the chicken, dip in egg then the zatatans mix and deep fry about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
