Ingredients

30 -40 minutes
5-6 serving
  • 100 gmAmul cream
  • 150 gmmaida/All purpose flour
  • 100 gmMilk
  • As neededOil for frying
  • For sugar syrup
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1 cupwater
  • 1/2 tspCardamom powder

Steps

30 -40 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a bowl mix cream and maida. Add little milk and make. Smooth batter. Take rest for 20 minutes.

  2. 2

    Mix sugar and water boil it.add cardamom powder.

  3. 3

    Heat the oil. Put little amount batter in oil fry untill it turn golden brown. Put it in sugar syrup. Serve it hot or cold.
