1each Yellow and red belpepper
1Onion
As per taste Salt, chilli powder, garam masala
1 tspjeera (cumin seeds)
1 tspHaldi (turmeric powder)
Handfulcoriander leaves
As required Oil

Put oil in the Kadai.

Add jeera and let it crackle.

Add onions, cook it till golden brown.

Add chopped veggies.

Add haldi, salt, chilli powder.

Cover it with a plate for some time.

Then add garam masala.

And garnish it with grated paneer.

Ready to eat.
