Egg pepper dry
A egg version of chicken pepper dry:)
Steps

Preparation of eggs: Boil 2 eggs and remove yolks. Dice them.

In a kadai add oil, once heated add in ginger garlic paste and green chillies

Add onion, black pepper powder and salt.

Now goes in the diced eggs.

Add in curry leaves and mix it.
- 6
Add in corn flour slurry. (Add 1 spn corn flour in 3 spn water and mix it well).

Add 1 spn lemon juice.

Boil it well and add chopped coriander leaves and cook it for 5 minutes. Your hot and spicy egg pepper dry is ready to eat!!!.
