Oil
Chilli flakes
Crushed Ginger root
Crushed Garlic
Crushed tumeric root

Boil your potatoes and beef with spiced water (ginger, salt, tumeric, garlic)

Lay out your cooked beef and potatoes on an oven pan, spray with oil, add chopped onions and cilantro and roast in the oven for 15 min at 180 degrees.

Serve hot.
