Make sugar 1 string sugar syrup with sugar and water.

Squeeze lemon after sugar melts and cook for 5 minutes.

Make flowing batter with all the ingredients and whip for 2 minutes.

Rest the batter for 10 minutes.

Pour the batter in piping bag and deep fry the batter in circles in desi ghee till golden brown from both sides.

Take out jalebi from ghee and put in sugar syrup and strain.

Serve hot.
