Boil the milk squeeze one lemon juice.the cheena gets separated from whey. Strain the whey on muslin cloth from the cheena.squeeze the cheena make it dry. Now add 1 tbsp maida smach with hands make it into a smooth dough.

Make small balls out of it.

Take a container add water and sugar boil it till the sugar melts. Now slowly add cheena balls into the sugar syrup.allow to cook it for 25 min on high flame. Add green cardamom powder to it.Cool it down and serve it
