Ingredients

20 minutes
6 servings
  1. 1 glassbasmati rice
  2. 1chopped onion
  3. 1/2chopped purple cabbage
  4. to tastesalt
  5. 1 inchcinnamon
  6. 1bay leaf
  7. 1big cardamom
  8. 1/2tsp jeera or cumin seeds
  9. 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  10. Fordecoration-
  11. 2carrots
  12. 1onion
  13. as requiredchopped coriander

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Soak the rice for 10 minutes.

  2. 2

    Heat up 2 tbsp oil in the pressure cooker add all the Khada masala along with cumin seeds.

    Now add chopped onions and brown them properly then add chopped purple cabbage

    Mix with the masala as well then add the soaked rice mix them well

    Add salt and 1 glass water cook till 1 whistle

  6. 6

    Open and serve hot with the salad
