Ingredients

  1. 5 lbsbeef brisket
  2. 1 cupHoney teriyaki sauce
  3. Olive oil
  4. 1/2 cupBrown sugar
  5. Salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Sprinkle meat with salt and peper

  2. 2

    In a baking pan, put the seasoned meat and add water up to 1/2 inches below the top of the meat

  3. 3

    Cover with foil and oven at 400 degrees for 1 hour

  4. 4

    Remove foil and water and add a little olive oil, honey teriyaki sauce and lightly cover the top with brown sugar

  5. 5

    Put the pan in the oven and Lower oven heat to 350 degrees and cook for 30 mins flip the meat and cook again in the oven for 30 mins.

  6. 6

    Slice and serve. Enjoy
